What it’s about
You’re a gang of thieves sharing out the power of some runes you’ve just stolen from a wizard. Whoever guesses the last rune to be sealed scores more points than anyone else… but luck won’t be your only ally: everyone can play action cards to tip the balance.
Each rune is three identical cards: when all three have been played, that rune is sealed and out of the game. And that’s where everything is decided.
🔮
Decide your future
You don’t move pieces: you guess. The whole game is about reading the table and sticking to your bet when you’re no longer so sure.
🤝
Nobody wins alone
You need alliances to make the runes fall the way you want… but in the end only one can win.
⏱️
Three rounds and done
Half an hour, two-minute rules, and a whole table hanging on the next card.
The runes
Eighteen rune cards form a pyramid on the table. Each color appears three times, and you can only take cards with no other card on top of them.

How to play
A game is three rounds. On your turn you choose one of these four things.
🗿
Play a rune card
Take an available card from the pyramid and place it on the table. When all three of a color have been played, that rune is sealed and its position is marked.
🃏
Play an action card
Actions give you an edge: discover a rune, swap cards… Then you draw another one from the deck.
🔁
Change a bet
You can rearrange your bets, but you take a penalty token worth two points. Only once per round, and never when fewer than six runes remain.
👁️
Look at a rune in secret
Check a rune card in the pyramid to get inside information, but careful: you can’t do anything else until your next turn, so use that valuable information to throw the table off balance.
The bets
Every three runes played, everyone bets at the same time on which will be sealed next: the card goes face down and they’re all revealed together. The later the rune you called is sealed, the more points it’s worth to get it right, though every point counts towards winning the game.
